ENX Token Distribution
According to ENX’s token model, $ENX total supply will be 21M with one-time minting and will have the following distribution:
Community Round for $ENQ holders
5% of total supply (1,050,000 $ENX) will be offered to Enecuum community, with price $ 0.21 per one $ENX. The initial unlocking will be 10% of the purchase amount and 7.5% monthly for the next 12 months. To join the community sale round you should send $ENQ to address which will be provided.
100% of all $ENQ tokens collected during the sale will be locked for three months and then will be added to ENEX.SPACE to the pair with $ENX (ENQ/ENX liquidity pool) with lockup period nine months.
Maximum amount per one $ENQ address is 25,000 $ENQ.
Exchange rate for this round will be 1 ENX = 2.1 ENQ, based on 1 ENQ = $0.1.
Exchange amount of 1,050,000 $ENX will be offered for 2,205,000 $ENQ.
Oversubscribed $ENQ would be returned to ENQ holders proportionally.
Private Round
21% of total supply (4,410,000 $ENX) will be offered to strategic partners with price $0.33 per one $ENX.
The initial unlocking will represent 15% of the purchase amount and 7.08% monthly for next 12 month.
Private round is to be held in ETH/USDT. Minimum lot is 30k USDT equivalent. Maximum is 150k USDT.
Public Round
2% of total supply (420,000 $ENX) will be offered to public with price $0.55 per one $ENX
Public round is to be held in ETH/USDT.
DEX pools
5% of total supply (1,050,000 $ENX) and the corresponding amount of ETH at the public round price will be split 50/50 and locked in the ENX/ETH pool on Uniswap and eENX/eETH on ENEX.SPACE
Lock term is one year.
Marketing
6% of total supply (1,260,000 $ENX) will be locked up for 9 month.
Unlocking will start after 9 month and represent 4.17% monthly for next 24 month.
Future Fundraising
11% of total supply (2,310,000 $ENX) will be locked up for one year.
Unlocking will start after one year and represent 8.33% monthly for next 12 month.
Commander ENEX Treasury Fund
21% of total supply - (4,410,000 $ENX) will be locked up for 3 month.
Unlocking and staking $ENX for Space Harvest Farm will start after 3 months and represent 1.67% monthly for next 60 month.
